Professor Samuel Bacharach discusses the relationship between leadership and innovation, and the type of leadership necessary to foster an environment in which people can be creative, and one in which leaders can take creative ideas and see them through to implementation.

Samuel Bacharach is the co-founder of the Bacharach Leadership Group, an organization which specializes in leadership development programs with an emphasis on micro-skills of change, innovation, execution, negotiation and coaching.
