Not specifically a "new" feature, but, I think, an underused feature.
Live templates can be used for almost ANYTHING. Common code snippets, building up templates, new files, autocompletion, and more--and they're available for almost any file type.
What's great is that you can be EXTREMELY specific what context your templates show up--to the language, version of language, within a LINQ query, or only in a specific file extension.
Extension - JetBox
How about adding some redundancy to your carefully tweaked settings? JetBox is a brilliant free plugin that works with Dropbox to keep your ReSharper settings stored on Dropbox and sync'd.
Configuration is simple--just add the extension and grant it permission to create a folder in Dropbox (you don't even need to be running the desktop Dropbox client).
